You'll own end-to-end concept and design for marketing projects across digital mediums as a key member of SoFi's in-house Creative Studio. Your core impact will be creating consumer- and enterprise-facing work that is visually exciting, forward-thinking, and emotionally engaging. This role offers the chance to pioneer AI integration into creative workflows within a next-gen financial services company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead concept and design for marketing projects across digital mediums
• Collaborate with copywriters on campaign storytelling and vision for briefs
• Test, iterate, and optimize designs to improve business results
• Incorporate enterprise-approved AI tools into daily creative workflows

📋 Requirements

• Minimum of five years as an art director at an ad agency or in-house
• Strong portfolio showing advanced conceptual and craft skills
• Ability to balance multiple projects with tight timelines
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe After Effects for motion graphics
• Experience with Adobe Substance for 3D asset creation
• Experience with Generative AI software
