๐ผ About This Role
You'll partner with a diverse portfolio of fast-growing companies to drive measurable impact as a strategic advisor to product and research leaders. You'll own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for Mid-Market accounts, focusing on onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal. This role is based in downtown San Francisco with a hybrid schedule (4x/week in office).
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Drive portfolio growth for a book of Mid-Market accounts
- Identify expansion opportunities using product usage data
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Lead efficient onboarding and enablement sessions
๐ Requirements
- 1โ3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- Proven track record of meeting retention and expansion targets
- Comfortable using data and product usage metrics to drive recommendations
- Strong presentation and communication skills
