You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-added services, and distribution of goods within a warehouse environment at a late-stage clinical oncology company. Your role requires strong supply chain expertise, leadership, and operational management to ensure seamless logistics operations and strategic alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in related field (Bachelor's preferred)
• 9+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations
• 4+ years of leadership or managerial experience
• Relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma) a plus
• ERP, WMS, and TMS systems proficiency

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short- and long-term logistics strategies
• Direct, coordinate, and manage warehouse storage and distribution activities
• Oversee daily operations of shipping, receiving, and logistics functions
• Negotiate freight rates and manage relationships with carriers and vendors
• Lead, train, and support logistics and warehouse personnel
