You will own Delight.ai's organic growth strategy and execution, making the company discoverable wherever buyers research and turning discoverability into pipeline. This hands-on role involves building the content engine, SEO and AEO/GEO strategy, and measurement framework to make organic the highest-performing growth channel.

Requirements

• 5-8 years content marketing in B2B SaaS with ownership of organic growth
• Fluent in AI tools for content workflow acceleration
• Strong understanding of AEO/GEO and influence factors
• SEO expertise with Ahrefs/SEMrush; ability to spec technical SEO
• Exceptional writing and editing skills; portfolio of published work

Responsibilities

• Own organic traffic and pipeline metrics, building SEO and AEO/GEO strategy
• Write high-velocity content across blog, web, email, and gated formats
• Develop content strategy from keyword research and buyer journey mapping
• Partner with web team on technical SEO: structured data, schema markup, crawlability
• Build attribution framework tying organic to revenue
