You will build and maintain the integration and orchestration infrastructure that powers revenue cycles, secure identity lifecycle management, and ensure compliance across systems. Your work directly impacts security, efficiency, and data access for critical business operations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and Ruby scripting
• Experience with IAM technologies (Okta, Workato, WorkDay, Google Workspace)
• Knowledge of SAML/OIDC, MFA, RBAC, ABAC
• Familiarity with compliance standards (SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR)
• Experience with iPaaS and identity-driven automation

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated onboarding, offboarding, and transfer processes across WorkDay, Okta, Google Workspace
• Build and optimize complex automation flows in Workato and Okta Workflows
• Implement RBAC and ABAC access governance models
• Manage SSO and MFA configurations ensuring SOC2/HIPAA/GDPR compliance
• Develop custom scripts and API integrations for IAM gaps
• Secure data perimeter and manage identity for AI agents and service accounts
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Sales Ops to optimize lead-to-revenue lifecycle
