💼 About This Role

You'll work with the production team to advance shows at your assigned venue, ensuring artist contract fulfillment and managing budgets. You'll oversee event staff, manage guest lists, and settle shows with accounting. This role offers hands-on experience in live event production within a global entertainment leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review artist contracts for production, merchandise, ticketing, and rider requirements.
• Hire, train, supervise, and schedule event staff including ticket takers and box office.
• Manage backstage area and artist hospitality needs on show day.
• Work with accounting team to settle shows and manage box office and merchandise sales.

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS Degree in a related field
• 2-4 years of related work experience
• Previous production experience including scheduling and managing staff
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
