Description

You will engineer, stabilize, and monitor the CI/CD platform for an SEC program, designing pipelines with GitHub Actions and managing AWS infrastructure to support agency-wide software delivery and cloud operations.

Requirements

• Hands-on AWS and CI/CD pipeline engineering experience
• Proficiency with GitHub Actions, CloudFormation, and/or CDK
• Containerization experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS Fargate
• Solid Linux administration and scripting (Python or Bash)
• Familiarity with OSCAL, RMF, and ATO processes

Responsibilities

• Engineering, stabilizing, and monitoring the CI/CD platform
• Designing and standardizing pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Managing AWS infrastructure with IaC (CloudFormation/CDK)
• Enhancing DevSecOps capabilities (SBOM, SCA, IaC scanning)
• Automating compliance processes through OSCAL integration
