💼 About This Role

You'll drive and manage new customer implementations of OpenGov's AI/ERP platform for local governments, building the technical foundation and guiding customer success. You'll act as the primary technical contact, configuring the platform, training administrators, and ensuring a smooth deployment that maximizes ROI. You'll work directly with government leaders, turning them into advocates while collaborating across teams to improve processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive and manage new customer implementations end-to-end.
• Serve as primary technical contact for deploying OpenGov.
• Guide government leaders through the implementation process.
• Gather customer feedback and feature requests for product improvement.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of software implementation consulting experience with external clients.
• 2+ years of experience in Procurement, Budgeting, Finance/Accounting or similar.
• Strong Excel skills including v-lookup, pivot tables, and error-checking.
• Ability to provide clear phone support and maintain positive customer relationships.

• ETL tools, report creation, macros, or Visual Basic experience.
• Knowledge of government operational concepts and practices.
• Experience analyzing and reporting large volumes of financial data.
