You'll lead a small team of high-performing Sales Consultants while managing your own pipeline of customers. You'll split your time 80% hands-on phone sales and 20% mentoring and developing the team, acting as a right hand to the National Sales Manager. This role offers a clear development pathway into a full management role within a high-growth mobility company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to inbound enquiries and convert to subscription
• Manage full customer pipeline to maximize conversion
• Mentor and coach Sales Consultants to hit KPIs
• Take ownership of team reporting and forecasting

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of B2C sales experience
• Proven phone-based sales with high conversion rates
• Experience in team support or mentoring
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel for reporting

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in rideshare, mobility, or automotive industries
• CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
