💼 About This Role

You'll join the Data Engineering Infrastructure team to manage and improve the platform powering data pipelines at Notion. You'll own high-impact infrastructure projects like CI/CD hardening and compute provisioning. As the first India-based member, you'll have high autonomy and ramp quickly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and improve Terraform stacks for AWS and Snowflake resources
• Harden CI/CD pipelines with alerting and deployment guardrails
• Set up and maintain EMR clusters, tracking health and scaling
• Triage DAG failures and infrastructure alerts during India hours

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years as a software or infrastructure engineer
• Deep hands-on experience with Terraform managing large stacks
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on AWS experience with EMR, S3, Athena, or EKS

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with observability tooling like Grafana or Prometheus
• Familiarity with dbt CI/CD patterns and testing
• Experience with Apache Spark or EMR-based data processing
