You'll own the intake and prioritization process for Stripe's People Operations team, building systems and an AI agent to manage work requests. Your impact will shape how the organization allocates its most limited resource—team capacity—to the highest-priority work. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage Jira-based intake system, triaging and routing requests.
• Facilitate intake reviews, backlog grooming, and roadmap cadences.
• Synthesize trends to flag capacity constraints and risks.
• Build portfolio dashboards for real-time resource allocation insight.
• Design and improve an AI agent for automated intake assistance.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in project management or business operations.
• Experience designing or improving an intake or portfolio management process.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Jira or equivalent project management tool.

• Experience with AI/agent development.
• Background in People/HR operations.
• Familiarity with OKRs and strategic planning frameworks.
