You'll lead a mixed-age toddler classroom in a Montessori environment designed to support independence and exploration. You'll observe each child, provide individualized lessons, and guide development in language, coordination, and self-regulation. • Observe each child to support physical, emotional, and cognitive development
• Prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly classroom environment

📋 Requirements

• Interest in pursuing Montessori certification through the Prepared Montessorian Institute
• Experience working with children ages 0-3 in a group care or early learning setting
• Alignment with child-led educational approaches such as Montessori or Reggio Emilia
• Bachelor's degree in any field
