You'll drive audience growth and engagement through high-impact short-form video content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You'll optimize video performance using engagement metrics and retention curves to support brand awareness and conversion goals. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Produce short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Develop hooks, pacing, and captions optimized for platform algorithms
• Track video performance and iterate based on engagement and retention data
• Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to align video strategy with funnel goals

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience creating and optimizing short-form video content for social media growth
• Strong understanding of video engagement metrics, retention curves, and optimization strategies
• Prior remote work experience with US or UK-based companies
• Proficiency in Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana or similar

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting growth, demand generation, or paid social campaigns
• Familiarity with A/B testing creative concepts, hooks, and formats
• Experience in fast-paced, experimentation-driven content environments
