You'll partner deeply with teams across Stripe to extract insights from complex data, building metrics and dashboards to inform business decisions. You'll deliver actionable recommendations through data storytelling and enable self-service analytics for stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to work with Stripe's fundamental data and drive company-wide initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Extract insights from Stripe's rich and complex data
• Build metrics, scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and reports
• Deliver actionable business recommendations through analyses
• Translate business needs into data problems with leaders

📋 Requirements

• MS/MA + 2 years or BS/BA + 3 years of full-time experience in data analytics
• Proficiency in SQL
• Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines and dashboards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic insights

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience at a growth stage internet or software company
• Experience with distributed data frameworks like Spark
• Working knowledge of Python
