You'll ensure smooth and secure payment flows across global markets, optimizing transaction success rates and reducing fraud. You'll act as a key coordinator between internal teams and external partners, driving operational excellence in a high-volume environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to payments operations, fraud prevention, and reconciliation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor daily payment flows across various methods and markets
• Track transaction success rates and evaluate PSP performance
• Perform daily reconciliation between platform data and bank statements
• Manage the end-to-end chargeback lifecycle and disputes

📋 Requirements

• Solid understanding of payment ecosystems including card flows
• Good knowledge of chargeback lifecycles (Visa, Mastercard)
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for reconciliation and analysis
• Ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with alternative payment methods
• Background in fraud or risk operations
• Knowledge of multiple languages
