You'll lead a new data products function at Preply, shaping how data and AI transform the learning experience. You'll own the vision and impact of data product squads spanning ML, LLM, and analytics platforms. This is a chance to build an industry-leading capability from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and champion the strategic vision for data products
• Own end-to-end success of data product portfolio with clear ROI
• Hire, coach, and develop top talent in the data products function
• Partner with Data, Applied AI, and Engineering leadership on ML/LLM products

📋 Requirements

• Experience with data as a product in a tech company
• Scalable data product design across the entire organization
• Deep expertise in A/B testing and experimentation at scale
• Leadership managing and scaling technical product teams
