Description

You will work on the Document Domain team, owning the core document functionality of the platform. You'll improve reliability, maintain high quality, enhance developer experience, and tackle scaling challenges in a microservice architecture.

Requirements

• 3+ years Python development
• Experience with relational databases (SQL, migrations, optimization)
• Experience with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, NATS, Kafka)
• Understanding of event-based systems and DDD basics
• Strong understanding of AsyncIO and development cycle from requirements to monitoring

Responsibilities

• Contribute to vision and architecture of the Document domain
• Face and overcome scale-related technical challenges
• Find and address systematic issues to maintain low time-to-change for developers
