💼 About This Role

You'll act as the primary post-sale point of contact, driving product adoption and maximizing value for clients. You'll identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while ensuring renewals and retention. This role is fully remote and focuses on enterprise client relationships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise clients on strategies to achieve and measure program success
• Manage client lifecycle across a portfolio of named accounts
• Identify and close additional revenue through upselling and cross-selling
• Manage client health and mitigate risk across accounts

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in client services or account management with Fortune 1000 clients
• Proven executive relationship building experience
• Experience managing multiple enterprise accounts concurrently
• Bachelor's degree required
