Description

You will oversee financial operations for Payment Service Providers, collaborate across teams to scale financial processes, and support sellers and internal teams. Your work will directly contribute to building scalable financial infrastructure for a fast-growing, sustainability-driven marketplace.

Requirements

• Degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field
• 3+ years experience in finance or accounting, ideally in fast-growing environment
• Strong analytical skills and experience automating tasks (e.g., PowerQuery, Python)
• Experience with large data volumes and BI tools (e.g., Looker)
• Self-driven, outcome-oriented, and proficient with AI tools

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations of Payment Service Providers (PSPs), including monitoring payment flows and analyzing costs
• Provide Finance Operations guidance for new products and services to scale processes
• Support sellers and internal teams (Customer Service, Product) on finance operations topics
• Translate payment transactions into accounting-ready data for accurate reconciliation and closing
• Evaluate and implement new tools and systems to enhance financial operations
