Description

You will own the end-to-end technical onboarding experience for GTM new hires at Anthropic, building enablement infrastructure that helps teams effectively sell Claude. You'll design programs, facilitate sessions, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure every hire is technically fluent and productive from day one.

Requirements

• 5-7 years experience in technical sales, program management, product, or software development
• Experience building solutions from scratch and iterating existing ones
• Strong technical foundation with AI, APIs, and modern tech stacks
• Experience designing for audiences with different technical levels
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
