💼 About This Role

You'll administer and enhance internal engineering platforms like Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Perforce, and Code Collaborator. You'll ensure these systems are secure, stable, and scalable while providing technical support to development, QA, and IT teams. This role offers 100% remote work from Brazil and the chance to impact enterprise-wide tooling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer Jira workflows, schemes, dashboards, and automations
• Manage Confluence spaces, permissions, macros, and indexing
• Configure GitLab projects, runners, CI/CD pipelines, and access
• Support Perforce depots, streams, protections, and replicas

📋 Requirements

• Experience supporting or administering DevOps/ALM platforms
• Strong hands-on with at least four tools from the list (Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Perforce, Code Collaborator)
• Proficiency in Linux administration, shell scripting, and basic networking
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL queries, backups, and connection tuning

• Knowledge of GitLab runner autoscaling or Kubernetes-based runners
• Perforce proxy/broker configuration and large-binary workflow optimization
• Exposure to compliance frameworks like SOC2, ISO27001, ITGC
