Description

As the first point of contact for our hospitality customers, you will investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues via phone, chat, and email. You'll work with a global 24x7 team to maintain Gold Class support standards and escalate product bugs to the Quality Assurance team.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service or technical support experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
  • Basic experience with iOS, Android, OSX, Windows
  • Strong attention to detail and customer focus
  • Flexibility to work weekends and shifts in a 24x7 team

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support via phone, chat, and email for hospitality customers
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Document and track interactions using customer support platforms
  • Escalate product issues and bugs to the Quality Assurance team
  • Advocate for product improvements and operate within a rotating schedule
