You'll lead performance tracking and population analytics to drive care program success. You'll own leading indicators, SLA tracking, and program ROI, turning insights into action. This role combines accountability and insight, partnering with Clinical and Care Ops leadership.

  • Own tracking and reporting of leading indicators, SLAs, and quality measures.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards for real-time performance views.
  • Analyze attributed populations to surface clinical trends and care gaps.
  • Conduct retrospective program evaluation to assess clinical and operational impact.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7โ€“10+ years of experience in healthcare performance management or analytics.
  • Experience driving performance measurement and improvement in complex operations.
  • Familiarity with value-based care performance metrics such as SLAs and quality measures.
  • Strong analytical instincts to interpret data and translate findings into recommendations.
