Your work will directly impact financial institutions' operational and analytical needs in a remote-first fintech company. You'll own the reporting roadmap and coordinate cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the reporting product roadmap and backlog
• Coordinate multiple report developers using Jira
• Gather client feedback and translate into requirements
• Oversee QA and ensure reporting quality standards

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management
• Experience in core banking platforms or banking operations
• Experience with reporting, analytics, or BI products
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Jira

• Familiarity with SQL or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with fintech or banking technology platforms
