You'll manage visual merchandising and operations for ALO's Soho store. Your core impact is driving sales through strategic product presentation and team leadership. You'll collaborate with the Visual Manager to execute floor sets and optimize stock levels.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute floor set updates and visual merchandising changes
• Manage shipment, receiving, and inventory processing
• Partner with management to coach and develop sales associates
• Leverage reporting tools to optimize product placement and stock levels

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities with decision-making skills
• High energy and self-motivated with a desire to achieve results
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
