💼 About This Role

You'll ensure payer compliance and audit readiness for a virtual speech therapy practice, supporting cross-functional teams through proactive communication and process review. You'll interpret payer contracts and maintain claim-ready environments to reduce denials.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support audit and compliance efforts with external payer responses and internal reviews.
• Maintain payer setup including fee schedules, EFT/ERA configuration, and portal access.
• Interpret payer contracts and manuals to support clean claim submission.
• Monitor payer updates and policy changes, assist with implementation and compliance tracking.

📋 Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in medical billing, revenue cycle, or payer compliance.
• Familiarity with payer contracts, reimbursement policies, and healthcare documentation standards.
• Proficiency with practice management systems and claims processing tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with EFT/ERA setup and provider enrollment data.
• Strong spreadsheet and document management skills (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).
