Client Solutions Manager (Sales and Business Development)

Description

You will market integrated delivery projects for environmental mitigation, water quality, and resilience directly to clients and prospects across the West region. You'll identify leads, manage relationships, develop proposals, and close deals that deliver real environmental impact while collaborating with internal teams and representing RES at industry events.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Environmental Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of sales or business development experience in environmental services
  • Strong relationship-building and strategic planning skills
  • Ability to travel regionally within West region (CA, OR, WA, NV)
  • Technical insight in ecological restoration or mitigation

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue qualified business opportunities in mitigation, water quality, and resilience
  • Manage external relationships with clients, agencies, and industry partners
  • Lead proposal development and deal structuring
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources including land, regulatory, design, and project teams
  • Represent RES at conferences, client meetings, and industry events
