🎯 What You'll Do

• Define ML strategy across products and infrastructure
• Design and build end-to-end production ML systems
• Establish rigorous evaluation methodology for model quality
• Own data strategy including labeling and feedback loops

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years building ML systems in production
• Experience standing up ML infrastructure at an early-stage startup
• Production experience in Python, Java, or TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building ML for security, fraud, or adversarial environments
• Experience with LLMs in production (evaluation, fine-tuning, retrieval)
• Background in real-time inference or high-throughput distributed systems
