Description

You will design and build high-performance React and TypeScript applications for trading platforms, including order entry, dashboards, and risk views. You'll implement real-time, event-driven UIs with WebSockets, integrate with market data feeds and execution systems, and collaborate closely with traders to rapidly iterate on features.

Requirements

• 5+ years building web apps; 3+ years React and TypeScript in production
• Experience delivering complex, high-performance UIs for trading platforms or real-time finance apps
• Deep fluency in TypeScript, React hooks, state management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, MobX, RxJS)
• Experience with streaming patterns like WebSockets and Server-Sent Events
• Proficient with testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress/Playwright) and modern build tooling

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain React/TypeScript apps for order entry, blotters, dashboards, risk/position views
• Implement real-time event-driven UIs with WebSockets handling large, rapidly updating datasets
• Develop reusable component libraries and contribute to shared design system
• Optimize performance via data virtualization, memoization, and rendering improvements
• Integrate frontend with market data feeds, OMS/EMS, and internal APIs
