💼 About This Role

You'll own the entire Go-to-Market tech stack as the sole Salesforce administrator at a fast-growing SaaS company in physical security workforce management. Your work will directly optimize sales productivity and data accuracy across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. You'll have autonomy to shape systems architecture and drive AI-powered automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage user access, profiles, roles, security settings, and permissions in Salesforce.
• Configure and optimize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and forecasting models for GTM teams.
• Maintain integrations with Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, DealHub, and HubSpot.
• Identify manual processes and implement automated workflows using Salesforce Flow and Workato.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Experience integrating and managing GTM tools like Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, DealHub, HubSpot.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow, Validation Rules, and Process Builder.

• Familiarity with AI/automation tools like Salesforce Einstein or Agentforce.
• Experience with SQL and data manipulation tools.
• French language fluency.
