🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead ML projects in risk, growth, or retention.
• Develop recommendation and segmentation models.
• Build AI models for internal and client use.
• Identify patterns for risk management strategies.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years as Data Scientist with ML focus.
• Strong Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience with SQL (BigQuery preferred).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Fintech B2B modeling.
• Knowledge of neural networks and NLP.
• Projects using OpenAI.
