Your work will directly contribute to pricing decisions and investment strategies for a high-production brokerage team. This role offers exposure to the inner workings of the brokerage industry alongside experienced agents.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Underwrite single and multi-tenant retail properties
• Pull sales comparables and price properties
• Manage team research projects using Argus and Placer.AI
• Attend meetings with brokers and clients to explain underwriting

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or Finance
• 4+ years of real estate experience
• Proficiency in Excel and Argus
• Strong Salesforce and databasing skills
