  • Design and deliver training programs for recruiters and hiring managers
  • Establish and maintain an up-to-date knowledge management system
  • Foster continuous learning through workshops and brown bags
  • Collaborate on tool adoption and system training
  • Measure and evaluate impact of enablement programs

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, or related field
  • 5+ years in talent acquisition, HR training, or enablement roles
  • Experience designing and delivering training content for diverse audiences
  • Strong project management and analytical skills

  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Agile), Instructional Design, or HR
  • Experience with e-learning development tools
  • Background in fast-paced technology or defense environment
