You'll lead a high-performing team and partner with senior leaders to shape learning and change management initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and lead global retail learning strategy
• Lead, mentor, and scale a best-in-class learning team
• Serve as senior partner to retail and leadership
• Own the retail learning ecosystem and program architecture
• Establish standards and quality controls for learning content

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in retail learning or organizational development
• 2+ years in a director-level role leading teams
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Instructional Design, or related field
• Proven success building enterprise retail learning programs across large, distributed networks

• Advanced degree in related field
• Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
• Articulate 360 experience
