• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn and creative strategies
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit
• Manage candidate pipeline in ATS (Lever)

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Startup experience required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and detail orientation

✨ Nice to Have

• Deep understanding of consumer market trends
• Experience in nutrition/health & wellness landscape
• 0-to-1 team building experience
