💼 About This Role

You'll lead day-to-day operations of a shared wet lab, managing equipment, facilities, and client experience in a fast-paced environment. You'll ensure regulatory compliance and safety protocols while overseeing inventory and vendor relationships. This role blends technical lab work with client-facing responsibilities, offering growth in an innovation-driven workspace.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain lab equipment and facilities to high standards
• Oversee inventory and vendor relationships
• Serve as primary EHS point person and lead safety training
• Lead client-facing operations including move-ins and lab setup

📋 Requirements

• College degree in life science or equivalent experience
• 3-4 years hands-on lab experience
• Strong understanding of lab safety practices
• Ability to lift over 40 pounds and stand for hours

• Biohazardous material or BSL-2 lab experience
• EHS or management certifications
• 5S training
