You'll own a defined territory, driving net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts. You'll build your own pipeline, tell the Elastic Search AI story, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model as part of a high-energy sales team.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute proactive outbound cadence to generate >=50% of booked opportunities.
  • Uncover pain, business impact, budget using frameworks like MEDDPICC.
  • Craft and deliver tailored narratives and live demos mapping Elastic capabilities to outcomes.
  • Lead contract and pricing discussions, landing multi-year consumption commitments.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years closing complex Enterprise deals in a consumption-based or usage-model environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks for disciplined pipeline.
  • Track record of delivering executive-level presentations and demos tying capabilities to dollars saved.
  • History of landing multi-year, high-ACV contracts while protecting margin.

  • Prior experience at an open-source or developer-centric infrastructure company.
  • Familiarity with observability (logs, metrics, traces) or security analytics (SIEM/XDR) use cases.
