You'll lead security initiatives embedding secure-by-design principles across platforms and products, blending architectural leadership with hands-on engineering for automated detection and response. You'll mentor engineers and coach teams on secure development lifecycles to strengthen the overall security posture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver proactive secure-by-default protections across cloud, CI/CD, and applications.
• Lead design reviews and threat modeling for high-impact features.
• Evolve detection and incident response capabilities with automated responders.
• Manage notable security incidents and tabletop exercises.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of broad hands-on security experience with strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language with production-quality code.
• Proven track record of partnering across functions to drive security outcomes.
• Proficiency in Cloud Platforms (AWS) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Agentic Coding (e.g., Claude, Codex).
• Experience with Orchestration tools (e.g., N8N).
• Familiarity with Central Logging and Monitoring (e.g., Wazuh).
