🎯 What You'll Do
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing culinary and retail team.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

- Maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize shrink.
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in specialty or culinary retail.
- Current Food Manager Certification or ability to acquire one.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and motivating high-performing teams.
