Description

You will be the hands-on champion for our Enterprise Search No-Code Agentic AI Platform, bridging technical implementation and business adoption. You'll deliver training, provide advanced technical enablement, and help teams identify high-impact AI use cases through our AI Labs methodology.

Requirements

• Experience developing on low-code/no-code automation platforms like Glean, Relevance.ai, Zapier, Workato
• Deep familiarity with productivity tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Workday, Monday.com, Atlassian, ServiceNow
• Exceptional public speaking and curriculum development skills
• Understanding of API integrations, data indexing, and cloud environments (e.g., GCP)
• Strong problem-solving and process mapping skills

Responsibilities

• Support adoption of Project Sidekick across the organization
• Provide Level 2/3 technical enablement for agent development and tool integrations
• Configure platform and connector integrations (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, ServiceNow)
• Build and iterate on proof-of-concept No-Code Agents
• Design and deliver training on Enterprise Search and agent utilization
