💼 About This Role

You'll engage one-on-one with patients to guide them to the right cannabis products and consumption methods. You'll make every visit personalized and welcoming, much like a barista. This role is the face of our dispensary, connecting people with what they need.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage and assist patients in a retail environment
• Educate customers on products, consumption methods, and safety
• Recommend safe and effective regimens based on individual needs
• Maintain product knowledge and assist with inventory

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid driver's license or state ID
• Pass all required background checks

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior cannabis experience
• Experience with POS systems
• Knowledge of cannabis laws and regulations
