Description

In this customer-facing role, you will deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience for SMB customers, guiding them through a prescriptive implementation journey on the AlayaCare platform. You will act as a subject-matter expert focused on training, adoption, and quality configurations to ensure customers are set up for long-term success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Public Health, Informatics, Computer Science, or similar
  • 1-3 years experience in onboarding, training, customer enablement, or customer-facing role
  • Strong training and facilitation skills with knowledge of adult learning styles
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, managing multiple projects
  • Proactive, self-starting mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate onboarding of SMB customers using prescriptive delivery model from kick-off to go-live
  • Execute project plans, understanding customer processes, goals, and success metrics
  • Develop and maintain training resources in partnership with senior team members
  • Own quality system configuration and training deliverables for effective platform use on day one
  • Support data migration activities, resolve validation errors, and ensure clean production data
