  • Maximize retention and identify growth opportunities in your account portfolio.
  • Manage post-sales account success with Boomi teams.
  • Understand customer requirements and drive internal enhancements.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Customer Success, Architect, Engineer, or Consulting role with account management focus.
  • Experience with Commercial IT organizations.
  • Ability to discuss business value and total cost of ownership.
  • Experience in solution and services scoping to define SOW.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud and application integration and B2B integration.
  • Excellent business, analytical, problem solving skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed retention targets.
