๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Maximize retention and identify growth opportunities in your account portfolio.
- Manage post-sales account success with Boomi teams.
- Understand customer requirements and drive internal enhancements.
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Customer Success, Architect, Engineer, or Consulting role with account management focus.
- Experience with Commercial IT organizations.
- Ability to discuss business value and total cost of ownership.
- Experience in solution and services scoping to define SOW.

- Experience with cloud and application integration and B2B integration.
- Excellent business, analytical, problem solving skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed retention targets.
