💼 About This Role

You'll be the first and last touchpoint for clients and their pets at our Astoria clinic, ensuring a welcoming and supported experience. You'll manage check-ins, scheduling, and communications while keeping the environment clean. This role offers opportunities for tuition assistance and team-based profit sharing in a growing veterinary startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet pet parents and manage check-in/out
• Manage daily appointment and walk-in schedule
• Take and make calls, email other practices and clients
• Keep common areas clean and well-stocked

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Comfortable typing and using multiple computer systems

• Experience in veterinary industry preferred
• Prior experience in veterinary practices or animal care a plus
