You'll act as a critical partner to sales and customer success leadership at DISCO, providing strategic data analysis and business process optimization to drive efficiency. You'll develop dashboards, manage Salesforce, and support forecasting for a cloud-native legal AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards
• Perform deep-dive analysis on sales and customer success trends
• Identify and implement process improvements from lead to close
• Manage CRM data quality and sales technology platforms

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive Sales Operations or related experience in B2B SaaS
• Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce and Outreach
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)
• SQL experience for querying large-scale data warehouses

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Legal tech
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Math
• Experience in a rapidly scaling organization
