📋 Requirements

• 5+ years leading enterprise-scale SaaS or AI implementations.
• Expert in program management for multi-team, multi-stakeholder deployments.
• Proven ability to facilitate executive-level customer engagements.
• Deep understanding of contact center operations and KPIs.
