💼 About This Role

You'll implement and direct the industrial security program at Anduril's Arsenal-1 location, ensuring compliance with NISPOM and government security requirements. You will interface with all levels of personnel and government management to maintain secure facilities and classified programs. This role offers the chance to work in a unique manufacturing environment at a cutting-edge defense technology company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer day-to-day security programs in compliance with NISPOM and program guidance.
• Provide guidance to employees and recommend modifications to operations policies or procedures.
• Act as security point person for Open Storage Area (OSA) buildout coordination.
• Conduct annual self-inspections and prepare for Security Vulnerability Assessments.

📋 Requirements

• Experience administering industrial security programs under NISPOM /32 CFR Part 117.
• Knowledge of DISS and NISS for managing clearances and facilities.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance (US citizenship required).
• Experience with DD Form 254 and security classification guidance.
