Description

You will lead and scale core operations across clinical trial programs at Haystack Health, owning performance across patient identification, engagement, and enrollment. You'll diagnose performance, design interventions, and build systems to scale operations in a high-growth environment.

Requirements

• Experience in strategy consulting with healthcare exposure, health tech or tech-enabled services operations, clinical trial operations, or payer/member engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to diagnose and improve operational performance in complex workflows.
• Proven experience building, implementing, and scaling operational processes, systems, or teams in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve performance across the end-to-end clinical operations funnel (patient identification through enrollment) with measurable outcomes.
• Lead data-driven analysis to identify root causes of variation, prioritize opportunities, and implement high-impact interventions.
• Maintain close proximity to frontline operations while establishing scalable oversight mechanisms (reporting, QA, performance management).
• Build and scale operational infrastructure: workflows, playbooks, training programs, reporting systems, and team structures.
• Partner with clinical, product, and commercial leaders to translate strategic priorities into operational plans and cross-functional execution.
