💼 About This Role

You'll support apartment turnover by performing maintenance tasks and ensuring a seamless move-out and move-in experience. This temporary role offers hands-on work in a dynamic property environment. You'll directly contribute to resident satisfaction through your efforts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform miscellaneous maintenance duties including painting, drywall repairs, and trash removal
• Participate in apartment inspections and document unit conditions
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain grounds cleanliness
• Provide general administrative assistance

📋 Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift 100 lbs
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours per day
• Eagerness to help in a variety of capacities
