🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional trial teams to execute operational plans
• Own trial delivery including timelines, budget, and quality
• Identify and mitigate operational and compliance risks
• Support inspection readiness and participate in audits
• Mentor team members and drive process improvements

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in pharmaceutical or clinical research environments
• 2+ years leading global clinical trials
• Operational knowledge across phases I–IV
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
